David has been teaching Real Estate investment, tax strategies, small business start-up and motivational seminars for nearly 30 years. He has given more than 9,800 lectures to over 2,000,000 people in more than 600 cities and 9 countries.

He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981 and has founded a publishing company, a craft and import company, and several entrepreneurial start-up companies.

David became a millionaire in 1984 using Real Estate strategies he has been teaching. He was named to the Who's Who list of Global Business Leaders in 1994 and given an honorary Masters Degree in Real Estate Investing by Meta Institute in 1995.

He has been continuously invested in the Wall Street equity markets since 1985 and is one of the best and most popular public speakers in America, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For 14 years David published and market his own books and systems for investing and self-improvement (see below). In an effort to spend more time with family David has focused his talents on speaking and training.

He has trained over 2 dozen men and women and helped them with the public speaking, presentation skills and sales skills to have careers in public speaking. Currently, David is working closely with New York Times Best Seller Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki. Together, they are on a journey to teach the world financial literacy as we shift from an industrial age to an information age.
